During our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other. We’ll discuss your hopes and dreams regarding your upcoming birth experience and how a doula can contribute to that experience.

I’ll also provide you with some simple preparatory activities you can do to help shorten your labor and make contractions less painful.

prenatal visit(s)

your labor

I am on call for your labor from 1-2 weeks before your due date up to 2 weeks after. What this means is whenever you go in to labor, you can call me anytime, day or night, and I will answer questions and make suggestions over the phone.

Within an hour of you entering hard active labor, I will be there in person to provide physical and emotional support throughout the remainder of your labor.

Complete Package – $800

Includes:

  • Free doula meeting
  • 2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each)
  • On call for 1 week before until 1 week after your due date.*
  • Labor support at home, birth center, or hospital.
  • 1 postpartum visit (1 hour)

 

Small Package – $700

Includes:

  • Free doula meeting
  • 1 prenatal visit (1-2 hours)
  • On call for 1 week before until 1 week after your due date.*
  • Labor support at home, birth center, or hospital.
  • 1 postpartum visit (1 hour)

 

*Additional on call time for 2 weeks before your due date and up to 2 weeks after can be added to your package for $50/week.

The fee for birth doula services is to be paid as follows:

Half due by the first prenatal visit as a non-refundable retainer fee

Half due by the second prenatal visit

Is money a problem? Money shouldn’t hold any woman back from having a doula if she wants one.
